Evening at the Ruins
Every year, Terrence McGrath partners with the local community to raise money for American Canyon Parks Foundation. The event takes place among the high walls, large open windows, and floor to ceiling art that embodies the ruins landscape. Food and beverage is served to guests throughout the night as the greater Napa Valley community comes together to bid, donate and buy art.
The 2021 5th Annual Evening at the Ruins was a resounding success! With incredible art displays, an energized crowd, magical lighting, and unique auction items, it was the most successful fundraiser yet. The Parks Foundation raised over $300,000 for parks, programs, and play in the American Canyon community and kicked off fundraising for their newest project, a Wetlands Environmental Center.

At the 2021 Evening at the Ruins, renowned graffiti artist, Rukas, painted during the cocktail pre-party. The video below shows his creative process and final work. The other video captures the three silos that stand distinctively tall in Watson Ranch. These structures were lit up with vivid colors and intricate designs during last year’s event.
